Description
Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a working student for Partner Management to support the operational management of marketplace sellers. The role handles standardized seller support tickets, analyzes product-data and marketplace-process questions, investigates synchronization and data issues, documents findings, prepares complex cases for internal experts, and identifies recurring requests and process improvements. The working student should be enrolled with at least one year remaining in their studies, ideally commit to 20 hours per week, and be fluent in German and English. The role is based in Cologne, with up to 20 days of home-office work per year in the EU.
