OKAPI:Orbits is hiring a Working Student in talent acquisition to support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees for its SaaS satellite-lifecycle business. The role coordinates interviews, application questionnaires, candidate scheduling, HR-system processing, onboarding documentation, and administrative tasks, while supporting the Operations team. It requires a completed bachelor's degree or at least two years of working-student experience, onsite availability in Braunschweig, German and English communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
