Enpal is hiring a Business Technology Consultant to help shape its technology infrastructure from a business perspective, develop MVPs for operational systems, solve real business problems with engineers, identify cross-team improvements, and own projects from idea through implementation. The role requires advanced-stage studies, initial practical experience in strategy consultancy, investment banking, or a unicorn startup, analytical and business skills, experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Snowflake, or PowerBI, strong German and English communication, and a hybrid work model based in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
