Working Team Coordinator, Coating at Randstad

The role coordinates production tasks and priority orders, supports the paint line by hanging profiles and operating installations, monitors quality and safety, manages rework, handles shift handovers, and escalates technical or material issues to the team leader. It requires fluent Dutch, English, strong communication, physical shop-floor work, accuracy, safety awareness, and computer skills; SAP experience is advantageous but not required.
