The Working Team Leader will oversee a logistics team in Bornem, handling incoming goods, scanning and registering packages, sorting and dispatching shipments, loading and unloading trucks, preparing transport documents, assembling pallets, processing returns and discrepancies, and maintaining dock safety. The role also coordinates staffing, leads briefings, supports new employees, coaches team members, monitors KPIs, and ensures compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
