Description
The employer is hiring a Working Warehouse Supervisor to combine hands-on warehouse work with team leadership and process optimization. The role supports order picking, loading and unloading, forklift operation, inventory monitoring, ERP data recording, warehouse layout improvements, safety, and collaboration with production and logistics. The supervisor will also help prepare and implement a new ERP system as the company moves to a new warehouse and prepares for ERP rollout. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ERP familiarity, strong organizational and communication skills, and a forklift or VCA certificate are preferred or advantageous.
