DAP is hiring a Production Work Leader for its Baltimore Plant to support the packaging-area Production Supervisor. The role directs team members, assigns work, coordinates with other departments, maintains inventory and production logs, uses SAP, performs housekeeping, and follows safety rules. The position is on the second shift from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available or required. Candidates need manufacturing experience, prior lead or directing experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to three hours, ladder-climbing ability, PPE compliance, and strong communication skills. The pay rate is $28.36 to $29.14 per hour, with benefits including pension, 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance.
