The Workloads Engineer will translate AI models, especially LLMs and transformers, into efficient, production-ready workloads for custom hardware and software platforms. The role covers AI model analysis, high-performance software design, performance and memory optimization, parallel execution, accuracy and stability, bottleneck removal, architecture decisions, and deployment and scaling. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of software engineering or AI model development experience, strong Python and C++ skills, and experience with performance optimization.
