Plants & Goodwin, Inc. is hiring a Workover / Cable Tool Rig Operator to safely and efficiently operate rig components and oversee a crew of 1–2 Floor hands during oil and gas well servicing. The role includes loading and off-loading pipe, handling tubing and well equipment, operating rig tools, reporting hazards, and completing safety documentation. The position pays $25.00–$31.00 per hour, offers a $100.00 daily rig bonus and $55.00 per diem, and provides health, life, disability, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of well servicing rig experience, valid driver credentials, manual labor ability, and flexible scheduling.
