Flik Hospitality is hiring a Workplace Ambassador Supervisor to provide daily coaching, guidance, and support to Workplace Ambassadors while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and functional flexible-workspace environment. The role manages workplace issues and work orders through systems such as Microsoft Teams and Corrigo, coordinates facilities and vendor support, supports employee onboarding and tours, plans localized workplace events, and prepares operational reports. The position requires strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, customer-service, and problem-solving skills, along with experience providing guidance or informal leadership in hospitality, workplace services, customer service, facilities, or a corporate office environment. The salary is $65,000–$68,000 per year, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
