Gallagher is hiring a Workplace & Facilities Lead to own and improve its workplace and facilities function across New Zealand. The role leads facilities strategy and operations across property, maintenance, fleet, site services, and capital works; develops systems, processes, governance, budgets, forecasts, and supplier performance; manages health, safety, compliance, and operational risks; and partners with business leaders and external providers to improve workplace experience. The position requires an experienced facilities or workplace leader with multi-site experience, commercial and supplier-management judgement, risk-management expertise, and strong planning and prioritisation skills.
