Werkbedrijf Eemsdelta is hiring a Workplace Coach to guide, motivate, and support employees with different talents and support needs in a sheltered work and learning environment. The role focuses on developing employees’ skills and confidence, maintaining a safe and collaborative workplace, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and covering the Work Supervisor’s duties when needed. The position offers a one-year contract that may convert to permanent, a gross monthly salary of €2,596–€3,743 based on 36 hours per week, vacation leave, an Individual Choice Budget, travel reimbursement, and pension participation. Applicants should have MBO-level work and thinking ability, strong communication and listening skills, patience, and an affinity for a production environment; a Social Work qualification is advantageous.
