Description
SGS is hiring a Workplace Engineer/Analyst to engineer, operate, and improve its global Modern Workplace ecosystem. The role serves as a technical expert and Tier 3 escalation point for Intune, Windows, endpoint security, update governance, Windows 365, and related technologies; it also leads modernization initiatives, supports M&A device migrations, develops runbooks and best practices, and collaborates with Microsoft and other vendors. The position requires at least three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint engineering, Modern Workplace operations, and Microsoft 365, along with relevant education or equivalent professional experience. It offers a flexible schedule and hybrid work model.
