Description
The Workplace Experience Coordinator, also described as a Community Host, serves as the face of the workplace by providing customer service, wayfinding, workplace support, and issue resolution for employees, visitors, and guests. The role ensures meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas are ready for use, conducts walkthroughs, coordinates maintenance and facilities issues, gathers employee feedback, and supports workplace engagement and well-being initiatives. Candidates need 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, co-working, workplace experience, or a similar environment, along with strong communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, and service-oriented skills.
