The role manages daily office operations, food and beverage programs, employee events, health and safety compliance, access management, vendor relationships, site budgets, purchase requests, and capital-project coordination. It requires fluency in English and Hebrew, event-planning experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to serve as an after-hours emergency contact.
