Dojo is hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to lead its Workplace Experience team and drive operational excellence across European offices. The role combines direct management of four team members, workplace strategy, portfolio operations, budget and vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and standardisation of workplace processes. It is based in the London office with periodic travel across European sites and requires an office-first hybrid arrangement of four or more days per week.
