The role manages client visits, conference-room technology, corporate events, facility maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, inventory, workspace optimization, safety, and emergency preparedness. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience, at least three years of service-related industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with facility systems such as LightEdge or Everbridge.
