ICEYE is hiring a Workplace Experience Specialist in Espoo, Finland, for a 12-month fixed-term hybrid role reporting to the Reception & Events Lead. The position owns the physical and social experience of the workplace, including seasonal decor, furniture and amenity sourcing and installation, kitchen and pantry supplies, gym and terrace equipment, office perks, and employee feedback activities. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or office management, experience managing vendors and purchases within a budget, and fluency in Finnish and English.
