Destinus is hiring a Head of Workplace to lead corporate office environments and the Office Manager community across Europe. The role owns workplace strategy, service standards, vendor and lease management, office technology, fit-outs and moves, employee experience, compliance, and business continuity, while leading and developing a team of eight Office Managers. It requires at least eight years of workplace or facilities experience, including three years leading multi-site teams across European countries, along with strong stakeholder, negotiation, and travel capabilities.
