Description
Landsec is hiring a Workplace Operations Manager to report to the Workplace Operations Director and manage premium workspace operations across Central London. The role owns a circa-£5 million service charge budget, customer experience, service partner performance, commercial planning, energy efficiency, sustainability, compliance, and relationships with customers, local authorities, and internal stakeholders. It is a circa-9-month full-time contract with no direct reports and includes benefits such as a performance-based annual bonus, pension contributions, private medical insurance, and leave.
