Spring Health is hiring a Workplace Mental Health Consultant to provide individual therapy, management consultation, training, critical incident response, assessment and referral support, and employee wellbeing interventions for a large mass media and entertainment company. The role is based onsite in Orlando, Florida, with a hybrid schedule of three 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. days and two 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. days, and includes virtual therapy. Candidates must hold an unrestricted Florida psychotherapy license, have at least three years of post-graduate experience including one year as an independently licensed clinician, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have experience with management consultation, training, evidence-based therapy, and safety planning. The target salary is $85,000 to $95,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
