This role involves providing authoritative legal advice, shaping organizational industrial strategy, and managing sensitive workforce relations matters. The Special Counsel will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, play a critical role in mitigating legal and industrial risks, and ensuring long-term workforce sustainability. Additionally, they will lead the professional development of the workforce relations legal practice.
