WTW is hiring a Workplace Risk Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of workplace risk clients, delivering workers’ compensation and return-to-work services. The role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, commercial oversight, data analytics, and coaching of Account Executives. Responsibilities include overseeing WC and ORTW service delivery, managing escalations and service quality, providing multi-jurisdictional technical guidance, supporting renewals and proposals, improving account profitability, and identifying growth opportunities.
