Description
The Bengaluru Real Estate and Workplace Services Manager oversees end-to-end building operations, property management, maintenance, vendor agreements, service-level agreements, and service delivery across Google’s Bengaluru campus facilities. The role also monitors workplace trends, smart-building technology, and the adoption of AI/ML tools to optimize campus infrastructure. It requires 15 years of real estate and facilities-management experience, enterprise stakeholder and vendor leadership, campus-portfolio leadership, and workplace-transformation experience; experience with AI/ML and automated workflows is preferred.
