Description
SPS is hiring a Workplace Solutions Manager to lead integrated workplace services for a premier client location. The role combines front-of-house hospitality, reception, concierge, conference, visitor management, executive hosting, and catering with back-of-house mailroom, shipping, office services, logistics, inventory, workplace moves, and vendor management. The manager will lead and develop service teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, establish KPIs and SLAs, analyze workplace data, and present performance reports to client leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services experience, and at least three years of multidisciplinary team leadership experience. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
