Description
ICEYE is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Workplace Space Planner for its Espoo, Finland facilities team. The role manages seating, moves, space allocation, facility and room registries, office fit-outs, furniture ordering, and workplace tools across Finland sites, with occasional support for new international sites. It requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, floor-plan and layout skills, workplace-management and design software proficiency, stakeholder coordination, project-phase knowledge, organizational ability, and English proficiency. The position is hybrid, majority on-site, and subject to applicable security screening.
