Description
The role combines hands-on technical ownership of the Sophia Antipolis site with broader EMEA workplace technical contribution. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, and access systems; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance; managing vendors and service providers; supporting PPM frameworks and technical standards across multiple sites; and assisting with office setups and workplace logistics. The position requires hands-on building-systems experience, familiarity with BMS and maintenance processes, independent issue resolution, supplier coordination, and experience with planned maintenance approaches.
