Description
The Works Manager will lead a production team, coordinate capacity and targets, report defects and errors, ensure quality standards for products and processes, and maintain occupational safety and environmental protection. The role requires completed technical vocational training, several years of relevant production experience, leadership experience, knowledge of relevant regulations and processes, MS Office skills, strong communication and decision-making abilities, and German and English proficiency.
