Noxor Group is hiring a Workshop and Quality Manager for its Fellingsbro Mekaniska production facility. The role plans and allocates workshop work, follows up on jobs, reviews orders and drawings, coordinates resources, supports operators, and communicates with customers and suppliers. It requires mechanical workshop and machining experience, technical-drawing skills, production planning experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, and Swedish and English proficiency. The position is full-time and on-site in Fellingsbro, with a start of February 2027 or by agreement, permanent employment, and benefits including health insurance, occupational health services, a wellness allowance, and a fixed monthly salary with a results-linked bonus.
