Description
The role supports clients in a vocational-integration workshop through practical technical activities, including woodworking, 3D printing, laser cutting, basic CAD, assembly, repairs, and workshop maintenance. It also provides structured guidance, motivation, and safety support during client work; assists with work samples, documentation, evaluations, internal projects, occasional group activities, and related administration. Candidates need a craft or technical background, practical experience, completed EFZ/EBA basic training, safe and careful tool handling, reliability, independent work habits, and patience when instructing and supporting people.
