Description
The role manages a workshop’s budget, daily and monthly work plans, materials, manpower, heavy equipment, vehicles, and machine maintenance schedules. It coordinates foremen, mechanics, clerks, laborers, and third-party repair technicians; monitors repairs; and ensures spare parts and operational availability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, at least three years of experience as a Technical Assistant in a palm oil plantation, and knowledge of heavy equipment such as dump trucks and excavators.
