Activate Accident Repair is hiring a Workshop Controller in Kings Langley to manage the bodyshop's operational loading, vehicle repair flow, equipment allocation, output and efficiency, customer service, health and safety, and material wastage. The role reports to the Bodyshop Manager, requires 45 hours per week, and offers a £5,000 sign-on bonus, holiday, bonus scheme, and other benefits.
