The Workshop Manager will report to the Business Manager and oversee the profitable and efficient operation of the Service Department at the Trafford Park site. The role manages workshop loading, labour efficiency, KPI targets, complex job handovers, quality, rectification, and coordination with technicians, supervisors, and the Business Manager. It requires supervisory or managerial experience, knowledge of VOSA and MOT requirements, technical qualifications equivalent to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology or Heavy Vehicle, communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
