Payerne is hiring a hands-on Workshop Coordinator to manage the R&D workshop across work preparation, warehouse and logistics, and workshop operations. The role covers receiving and stocking materials, maintaining ERP inventory records, coordinating deliveries and suppliers, preparing manufacturing activities, supporting machine setup and production, assessing new parts for manufacturability, and collaborating with engineering, procurement, and production teams. Candidates should have vocational training as a polymechanic or machinist, at least three years of relevant operational experience, manufacturing and ERP knowledge, and fluency in English.
