Description
The Workshop Facilitator delivers trauma-informed, evidence-based workshops and transition planning support to incarcerated participants in NYC Department of Corrections facilities, including Rikers Island. The role facilitates at least three workshops daily, tracks attendance and outcomes, provides individualized re-entry planning and resource linkages, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with Transition Managers, Peer Navigators, and DOC staff. Applicants need an associate's degree or equivalent credential, at least two years of relevant experience, and the ability to pass the required NYC DOC security clearance; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Compensation is $28.85 to $32.70 per hour.
