Brandt is hiring a Workshop Foreman for its Sunshine branch to support the daily operation of its Service Department. The role leads and mentors technicians, diesel mechanics, fitters, and apprentices; coordinates jobs and resources; provides technical guidance; assists with complex equipment diagnoses; reviews repair orders; supports safety, training, customer service, and workshop equipment; and steps in for the Service Manager when absent. Candidates need a trade qualification in diesel mechanics, mechanics, or fitters, at least three years of service experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and experience with agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment. John Deere product experience and a forklift licence are advantageous.
