The Workshop Foreman will supervise and support the servicing, examination, testing, maintenance, and repair of lifting equipment in a workshop. The role is responsible for regulatory compliance, safety culture, customer coordination, workshop organization, administrative completion, and occasional off-hours breakdown service. It requires LEEA or equivalent certification, a full driving licence, English proficiency, five years of mechanical engineering experience, people-management experience, UK travel availability, and willingness to work weekends or evenings.
