Foreco is hiring a full-time Workshop Foreman in Noordeloos to supervise approximately 16 employees, assign and coordinate production work, monitor quality and progress, answer employee questions, and perform hands-on tasks such as reading technical drawings, sawing beams and panels, and operating a forklift. The role combines team leadership with practical shop-floor work and runs from 07:30 to 16:30 on fixed daytime hours. The gross monthly salary is €3,200 to €3,700, with 46 days of leave and an 8% holiday allowance.
