Adapei 45 is recruiting a Workshop Instructor (M/F) for ESAT Les Iris on a 35-hour annualized fixed-term contract. The role leads workers in manufacturing products or delivering services, manages production quality and traceability, organizes workstations, supports people in developing skills and personalized plans, and contributes to safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement. Applicants need a Level 3 basic-trade qualification, Level 4 qualification, Workshop Instructor Branch Certificate, CAFETS, or DEAS, along with technical workshop knowledge, organizational skills, teamwork, communication, empathy, and office software proficiency. The first position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a second starting November 1, 2026.
