Description
The Plant Maintenance Engineer supports a team of approximately seven employees with hands-on and partly supervisory work, drives maintenance development, maintains maintenance systems, investigates equipment malfunctions, coordinates lasting resolutions, and manages external contractors. The role requires master craftsman or technician training in plant or electrical engineering, team leadership experience, shift and weekend availability, and strong communication and service orientation.
