Description
The Heavy Equipment Workshop Manager will lead daily operations of a service center, manage a team of technicians, prepare maintenance schedules, follow up on heavy-equipment repairs, identify recurring technical issues, support the workshop floor, and improve quality, safety, and efficiency. The role requires a strong technical background in electromechanics, mechanics, automotive technology, or a comparable field, preferably a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or equivalent experience, and experience leading a technical team. An immediate permanent contract is possible, or one after a successful interim period, with a company car, meal and eco vouchers, group insurance, training, mentorship, and leave benefits.
