Alexander Dennis is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of their workshop in Harlow. This role involves coordinating various teams such as Coachbuilding, Refurb, Paintshop, and Contractors to ensure high labor efficiency, quality repairs, and timely completion of jobs. The manager will collaborate with Parts, Sales Engineers, and Commercial teams, maintaining excellent customer communication and adhering to safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
