It includes being a key point of contact for various sections within Workshop and BAS Top Management, seeking status updates, providing input on vehicle procurement, ensuring inspection and supervision of repairs, and adhering to quality control standards. The role also involves reviewing technical reports, approving changes to workshop practices, supervising ground equipment inspection, receiving statistical data, monitoring stock levels, maintaining technical manuals, preparing annual budgets, reviewing summary reports, monitoring escalations, and ensuring technical, safety, and security standards are met.
