The role leads daily workshop operations, coordinates services, resources, and schedules; manages and develops the team; ensures technical, administrative, quality, safety, and customer-service standards; monitors performance indicators; handles administrative processes; and may support technical repair or replacement work. The position requires operational leadership, customer and quality focus, organizational and decision-making skills, commercial awareness, and a driver's license, with initial training and professional development provided.
