The role coordinates work orders and workshop capacity, ensures work quality, supports mechanics with diagnosis reports, and implements sales-oriented measures. Candidates need automotive master craftsman training, prior workshop-manager or service-consultant experience, § 57a certification, business acumen, IT skills, and warranty-claim knowledge. The starting gross salary is €3,341.50 per month, rising to €3,893.87 per month with a completed master examination.
