Dreßler GmbH is hiring a workshop manager to coordinate daily workshop processes, assign mechanics, lead the team, and serve as the technical contact for complex issues. The role also handles complex vehicle diagnostics, final inspections, statutory SP, AU, and tachograph-system tests, cost estimating, customer communication, and order completion. Candidates need completed vocational training as a commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, master technician, or master technician in land and construction equipment mechatronics, along with knowledge of SP, AU, and related requirements.
