Konvert Gosselies is hiring a Workshop Manager to coordinate and supervise workshop technicians, welders, and operators in an industrial setting. The role plans production activities, supports team development, ensures quality, safety, and environmental compliance, manages equipment and materials, collaborates with other departments, and monitors performance indicators. Candidates should have training in mechanics, electromechanics, welding, or equivalent experience, significant experience managing a technical or production team, knowledge of manufacturing and welding techniques, and the ability to read technical drawings.
