Description
The Workshop Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the workshop area at the Herrenberg site, overseeing service-process organization, capacity planning, repair-order prioritization, resource use, and profitability. The role also provides technical and disciplinary leadership to workshop employees, supports customer consultation and on-site visits, and drives service quality. Candidates need several years of experience in agricultural or construction equipment technology, knowledge of complex hydraulic, electronic, and software systems, and a relevant mechatronics or comparable technical qualification; leadership experience and a Meister certificate are advantageous.
