TRUCKSUPPORT Venlo is hiring a Workshop Manager to lead and coach mechanics, perform hands-on maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on trailers and tow trailers, coordinate workshop schedules, advise customers, and monitor quality, safety, and efficiency. The role requires MBO-level work ability, trailer or comparable workshop experience, technical knowledge of commercial vehicles, leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Compensation is up to €5,200 gross per month, with profit-sharing, pension, travel reimbursement, training, and advancement opportunities.
