The client is hiring a Workshop Manager in Kiel to organize workshop processes, lead employees, perform repairs, manage worldwide parts shipments, and commission and maintain systems abroad. The role requires mechanic training, preferably in heavy machinery construction, willingness to travel approximately three months per year, good English, customer affinity, and tolerance.
